Do you ship Internationaly?

Yes, we ship products worldwide including the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, and many other countries. Usually, we will process and ship your order within 1 week of receipt. It will then take around 2-6 weeks to be delivered depending on your chosen shipping method. There may be delays during the holidays and pandemics.

 

What payments do you accept?

We accept all forms of major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also have the option to use PayPal.

 

How about returns & refunds?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase or the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. If you suspect your package might be lost in the mail, contact me so we can talk about a refund or replacement. 

What are delivery options?

 

All items are shipped in a week of payment being received. I use Czech Post to ship all of our parcels from Europe, which require usage shipping rates based on weight (not per item or flat rate). All shipping costs are calculated in the checkout procedure. You have 2 shipping options: AirMail and DHL.

 

What is the difference between AirMail and DHL?

AirMail has an estimated delivery time of 2-8 weeks. It is reasonably fast, reliable and cheap. The maximum parcel weight is 5kg. Airmail issues a tracking number, offer online tracking, but there is no insurance coverage. I don't recommend it for high-value orders. 

DHL has an estimated delivery time of 4-8 business days, depending on the country. Shipping with DHL is fast, reliable, and safe. DHL includes online tracking and insurance coverage. You will be required to sign for your parcel upon delivery. Loses, thefts or breakages can be refunded in full and replaced.
